Construction of a Vacuum Crystallizer Installation at 4rd Production Unit

The construction period of the vacuum crystallizer installation at 4rd of JSC Belaruskali envisaged by the construction organization project is 18 months. The facility was built ahead of schedule in 16 months.

As part of the project, 7 vacuum crystallization plants, 4 water-pumping set, a tank of solution medium, machine tools, hoisting machinery, and other machinery were installed. In total, more than 60 units were installed.

In just a short period of time, a new RVKU building and the feed unit of tar were built. The following buildings were reconstructed: housing № 1 ore-processing plant, gallery № 20, TPP 4 rd Production Unit. More than 2,780 tons of metalwork and more than 288 tons of technological pipelines were installed. All work provided for in the construction documents and additional work that occurs during construction has been completed.

OOO "Soligorskpromstroj" - performed a complex of works on installation of technological equipment,

SMU branch JSC Promtekhmontazh - performed a complex of works on installation of technological equipment,

SU branch of JSC "Belteploizolyatsiya" - performed a set of thermal covering works,

DSU No. 9 of JSC "DST No. 5" and the branch of "Minskobldorstroy" DSU No. 2166-performed a set of works on the device of roads toppings and other organizations.
